RETURNS
In general all sales are final as these are unique, handmade pieces. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Damaged Jewelry upon arrival
If your piece was damaged in transit, please contact us right away (within 3 days) at: Julietheimpatientartist@gmail.com
Please provide pictures of the damage, and if a return is deemed reasonable, one will be provided.
If you (the buyer) would prefer a new piece of jewelry, in lieu of a refund, the original must be returned within 14 days at the buyers expense, and once received, we will provide you with options for an equal replacement.
Allergies
We are not responsible for any allergies you may have to the materials of the jewelry. All materials used are listed in each product description. Please take care to know your own skin sensitivities.

It is greatly important to me that you love your piece of jewelry. I work really hard to make sure each piece is of the best quality before it is sent. HOWEVER being each piece is handmade mistakes can happen, after all, we are human.
