Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 days for your package to be shipped, as I personalize and package everything myself. 

Insurance

Each package will have $50.00 of insurance, if you require additional insurance, you will be responsible for the additional charges. 

US Ground Advantage shipping starts at $4.90 and goes up based on weight. I am not in control of this, if you have specific shipping costs that is something you will need to contact USPS about. 

Once It Has Shipped

Once your package has been processed by USPS, I am no longer responsible for its whereabouts. 

International Shipping

Any additional charges via customs, tariffs etc for your country are your (the purchaser) responsibility and are not under my control, or my responsibility. 
All Shipping is currently through USPS and once in your country will be delivered via your carrier.

If you feel your package has been lost, please contact me right away and we can work together with USPS to track your package. 

If tracking states it has been delivered to the address provided, I am not responsible for its whereabouts and no refunds can be given on my-behalf.
